  1. Testing Server Access  
    Click here to test and troubleshoot your ability to access the CCOE WebCT server.
 
     
  2. If you've created a new User ID, but have not received an email containing your login and password:  
    This information will be sent to the email address you provided within 2 hours. If you have been waiting more than 2 hours and still have not received this information, please email CCOE Online Support at ccoereg@umdnj.edu  
     
  3. If you have forgotten your User ID  
   

Your User ID is your email address using a period (.) in place of the @ symbol
(e.g. johndoe.yahoo.com.)

  4. If you have forgotten your Password

IF YOU HAVE NOT SET UP A PASSWORD HINT:
Send an email to ccoereg@umdnj.edu.  You will receive a new password within one business day.

 
     
  5. If you can successfully login to WebCT, but do not see your course in MyWebCT screen:  
    Look for the "Bookmarks" section on the right-hand side of your MyWebCT page. Click on the link marked "Click Here To Enroll." You may also access this page directly by going to http://ccoe.umdnj.edu/online/webct/enrollment.htm. (Select "Enroll" next to the title of your online activity.)  
     
  6. Clicking the Post-Test button does not bring up the test.  
    If the "Begin Post-Test" button does not open a new window containing the test for your online activity, your pop-up blocking software may be an issue.  Usually pressing the CTRL key while clicking the "Begin Post-Test" button will launch the quiz. If not, you may need to temporarily disengage your pop-up blocker.
