CCOE and/or
individual schools at UMDNJ hold
the following accreditations:
- UMDNJ-CCOE is accredited by the
Accreditation Council for Continuing
Medical Education (ACCME) to provide
continuing education for physicians.
- UMDNJ-School of Osteopathic Medicine
is recognized as a Category 1 provider
by the American Osteopathic Association
Council for Continuing Medical
Education.
Registration
Fees
Unless otherwise noted, fees
for continuing education offerings
include registration, tuition, handout
materials, and refreshments. Payments
can be made by check, money order,
or credit card (VISA, MC or American
Express).
Refunds
Refunds, minus a $35.00 administrative
fee, will be granted if cancellation
occurs at least two working days prior
to the start of a program within the
state of New Jersey. Out-of-state programs
have individual refund policies. Refunds
cannot be given for “no shows” or
for cancellations received once the
course has started. In the event that
CCOE cancels a course, the registrant
will receive a full refund or credit
toward another continuing education
program.
Confirmation
Letters
Confirmation letters containing directions,
parking instructions, exact location,
and a receipt for the tuition will
be sent to those applying at least
10 days prior to the start of the course. If
you apply less than 10 days prior to
the course start date, please call
the CCOE Registration department to
confirm that a place is available and
to find out about location and parking

Program Cancellations
and Updates
Information about emergency cancellations
or changes in the program can by obtained
by calling 973-972-7434. Information
will be available at least two hours
prior to the start of a program.
Note: UMDNJ reserves
the right to modify the program content,
program faculty, and program activities
and reserves the right to cancel a
program, if necessary.
Credit Letters
A letter certifying your attendance
and credit verification will be mailed
within 4–6 weeks of the program. Questions
regarding your credit letter should
